ORDERS WITH A DISCOUNT CODE

All orders that have a discount code are FINAL SALE. These orders are unable to be exchanged or returned.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept MASTERCARD, VISA, PAYPAL, DISCOVER AND AMERICAN EXPRESS.

I NEVER RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION.

If you have not received an order confirmation the order may not have gone through, please contact us at contact@shopjandg.com to resolve the issue.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, due to inventory, once your order is placed, there is no cancellation or changes.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

Orders can take around 2-3 business days for orders to be processed and shipped.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

Shipping can take up to 7-10 business days depending on the area that you live.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

Once your order has shipped, you will get an email with the tracking number as soon as we have it, make sure you track the package so you will know when it arrives, because we are not responsible for LOST or Stolen packages.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any lost OR stolen packages. Once we ship an item and send you the tracking number, we are no longer responsible for that package.

HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

You can track your package by visiting www.usps.com. Allow 24-36 hours for your tracking information to be updated on their website from when you receive our email confirmation of it being shipped.

HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?

Please email us at contact@shopjandg.com with your name and order number to get information on how to return or exchange. NO RETURNS ON HANDBAGS OR ACCESSORIES. WE DO NOT PAY OR REFUND YOU FOR THE SHIPPING COST OF YOUR RETURN. ALL ORDERS WITH A DISCOUNT CODE CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you would like to return an item, it must be shipped within 7 days of it being delivered. Include your invoice along with the item you would like to return and you will be refunded once we process the return. WE DO NOT PAY OR REFUND YOU FOR THE SHIPPING COST OF YOUR RETURN. ALL ORDERS WITH A DISCOUNT CODE CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We encourage you to take extra caution when opening your packages as we cannot be held responsible for any damages that may occur once the product has left our store. We also are not responsible for any lost products. We do reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that we feel are not compatible with our policies.
